Vacation is granted based on seniority level beginning with 72 hours of vacation following the first year of employment with a maximum of 26 days of vacation.
- Health Benefits
Full-time new hire employees working 30 hours or more per week become eligible for health and dental benefits on the 1st of the month following date of hire.
Vision coverage is offered through Vision Service Plan through payroll deduction.
- Life Insurance
Group Term Life Insurance, STD, LTD and AD&D coverage is 2x annual base salary. All policies for active full-time employees are paid in full by the company. Optional Life, AD&D and STD coverage is available through payroll deduction.
- 125 Plan
Employees may have pre-tax earnings deducted from their paycheck and put into a Medical and/or Dependent Care reimbursement account(s).
An eligible employee may begin making contributions as soon as administratively feasible as of the Entry Date coinciding with or following your date of hire. In order to receive Matching Contributions under the Plan, you must work for HARCO for at least 12 months.

Wapawaug Federal Credit Union. Available through payroll deduction.
- Direct Deposit
