  1. Twelve holidays celebrated by HarcoSemco
    New Year’s Day, Presidents Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day After Thanksgiving Day, Day Before Christmas, Christmas Day, and an employee-designated Floating Holiday.
  2. Vacation
    Each full-time employee accrues vacation per pay-period. Most employees begin earning up to 3 weeks of paid time off per year.
