HarcoSemco custom electrical harnesses provide packagers, operators, and suppliers of GE LM Series gas turbines with reliable, cost-effective solutions for demanding industrial and marine applications. Designed, tested, and approved for hazardous locations, all our harnesses are ATEX and UL/CSA listed.
Available for both on- and off-engine LM Series turbine applications, our harness assemblies feature stainless steel connector and backshell configurations with rubber over-molding at cable transitions. Combined with EMI shielding, flexible cable layups, and abrasion-resistant machine-applied braid, HarcoSemco LM electrical harnesses are built to withstand harsh operating environments.
HarcoSemco exhaust gas temperature harnesses are designed for easy installation and long, reliable service in harsh environments. To maintain flexibility and durability, each assembly uses 19-strand, 17-gauge, high-accuracy thermocouple-grade conductors.
The conductors are insulated with mineral and fiberglass materials that provide electrical isolation and mechanical support under high vibration and extreme temperatures. Each cable is electrically balanced to maintain circuit resistance and includes welded junctions and contacts.
Depending on application requirements, we can use a range of jacket materials, high-temperature outer braids, and over-molded connectors for lower-temperature applications. Standard EGT harnesses feature a machine-applied stainless steel outer braid for low-impedance shielding and chafe protection while remaining highly flexible.
Connections are made with high-temperature military-grade connectors and gold-plated, four-tine contacts to preserve thermocouple circuit integrity.
