Our individual thermocouple sensors are available with either an exposed junction for fast response or an enclosed insulated junction for exhaust gas applications. Their rugged construction provides high reliability and low life-cycle cost. They support both averaging and individual multiple-depth sensing and are available with standard thermocouple alloy studs, output terminals, hermetically sealed connectors, or flexible leads.
HarcoSemco hermetically sealed EGT probes have delivered consistent, trouble-free performance in installations worldwide. They provide both individual and averaging temperature measurement at multiple immersion depths. For a true electrical average, the probes are resistance balanced and typically connected to a single flexible harness.
HarcoSemco RTDs are designed for demanding environments and provide highly accurate, reliable temperature measurement. They typically use platinum elements for their excellent sensitivity, accuracy, and wide temperature range.
Our immersion RTDs are interchangeable with lube RTD sensors used in the gas turbine’s lube gearbox assembly, including the TGB, AGB, sumps (A-E), and supply locations.
Our magnetic speed sensors convert motion into an electrical signal without requiring external power. Built in a one-piece stainless steel housing with no moving parts, they deliver exceptional accuracy and durability. Designed and manufactured to aerospace quality standards, they perform reliably in extreme temperatures, high vibration, and contaminated environments.
These sensors are interchangeable with XN25 sensors used in the transfer and gearbox sections of LM Series gas turbines.
