- Vacation
Each full-time employee accrues vacation per pay-period. Most employees begin earning up to 3 weeks of paid time off per year.
- Health Benefits
Full-time new hire employees working 30 hours or more per week become eligible for health and dental benefits on the 1st of the month following date of hire.
- 125 Plan
Employees may have pre-tax earnings deducted from their paycheck and put into a Medical and/or Dependent Care reimbursement account(s).
- 401(k)
An eligible employee may begin making contributions as soon as administratively feasible as of the Entry Date coinciding with or following your date of hire.
- Direct Deposit
Employees may have their paycheck electronically deposited directly into their checking and/or savings accounts and/or credit union accounts.
- Employee Assistance Program
EAP – A free counseling service available to employees and members of their household.
